About Me

I am a junior at Northwestern University majoring in Slavic Studies and International Relations, and minoring in Economics. My academic focus is geopolitical risk, corporate strategy and economic resilience. I am currently focusing my academics on the limitations of Western economic statecraft, using the Russian economy as a primary case study.

I have found that standard macroeconomic models often fail in volatile markets because they ignore the on-the-ground cultural dynamics. Having lived in Moscow for 13 years and London for 7, I aim to use my unique background and Russian language skills to help organizations bridge the gap between Western corporate strategy and the realities of global markets.
